The annual academic seminar and exhibition for 2025 was held under the theme “TREES Rating & Certification Seminar 2025: Update and Insights” at ONE BANGKOK FORUM on Monday, November 10, 2025.

The event was organized by the Thai Green Building Institute (TGBI) in collaboration with leading partners from the construction and environmental industries.

Key Highlights from the Event
Distinguished speakers and experts from various fields — including architecture, engineering, and sustainability — shared the latest insights and updates on the Thai Rating of Energy and Environmental Sustainability (TREES) system, along with strategies and pathways toward achieving Net Zero Buildings, shaping the future of Thailand’s construction industry.

✅ Integrating Sustainability Concepts into Urban Development
✅ Updates on TREES Criteria: TREES NC-CS Version 2, TREES Home, TREES Passive, Well-being City, and more.

On this occasion, Mr. Sanguan Sakunworaratana, Chief Executive Officer of THAI KOON GROUP, received a Certificate of Appreciation in recognition of the company’s valuable contribution and continued support toward the development of this year’s academic seminar and exhibition project.

“Space Shelter” — a prototype developed under the “Lunar Habitat Project”, through a collaboration with the Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), China.

On 1 September 2026, THAI KOON participated in a collaborative event held at Hat Yai Hall, Central Hatyai, Songkhla, where the company was presented with a certificate recognizing its participation and contribution to a broader social initiative.
