On Friday, 1 May, Thai Koon Steel Co., Ltd. supported third-year students in the Interior Architecture Program at Thammasat University, Rangsit Center, by providing scrap metal from its production processes for use in the Furniture Design course. The purpose was to further develop waste materials through Design Thinking and the Fabrication Process, transforming them into creative prototype furniture and various utility products, such as seating for cafés, hotels, pets, and specialized user groups.
This collaboration reflects the concept of efficient resource utilization while promoting sustainable practical learning between the business sector and educational institutions.
