Anti-Corruption Policy

The group already has a primary anti-corruption policy in place and is preparing to join the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC) to enhance the clarity and implementation of this policy.
To align all business activities with the anti-corruption policy, the company plans to provide education to employees at all levels and to conduct regular knowledge assessments.

Scope:
  • All companies in the group.
Goals:
  • Ensure all group operations comply with the anti-corruption policy.
  • Ensure all employees understand and implement anti-corruption practices by 2026.
Process:
  • Join the Thai CAC by 2026.
  • Train all office staff on anti-corruption practices by 2025.
  • Train all employees at all levels by 2026.
  • Continuously monitor compliance with the anti-corruption policy.
  • Conduct regular knowledge reassessments every [timeframe].
Outcome in 2024:
  • Planning and preparation for Thai CAC membership.
  • Preparing anti-corruption training for employees.

OTHERS

Thaikoon Group participated together with Colonel Dr. Sumon Nakchalerm, donated steel pipes, structural steel, and perforated angle bars to support the construction of homes for the underprivileged in Chanthaburi Province.
