Delivered aid to the Save Elephant Foundation Ban Kued Chang Sub-district, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai

On October 9, 2024, Thai Koon Steel Group delivered aid to the Save Elephant Foundation, Ban Kued Chang Sub-district, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai, a conservation organization The foundation encountered a disaster caused by flash floods in early October this year, impacting over 3,000 animals, including elephants, dogs, cats, rabbits, cows, buffaloes, and many other species.

The company prepared the following items to donate to the foundation:

  • Shovels Quantity: 108 pieces
  • Digging spades Quantity: 108 pieces
  • Coconut brooms Quantity: 100 pieces
  • Dustpans Quantity: 100 pieces
  • High-pressure water sprayers Quantity: 10 pieces
  • Squeegees Quantity: 108 pieces
  • Plastic buckets Quantity: 500 pieces

Additionally, some employees contributed pet food to help in the recovery efforts from this event.

The “THAI KOON x PiN For Thai Elephants: Elephant Hope Lamp” project continues to bring hope to Thai elephants through contributions to two organizations:

Thaikoon Group participated together with Colonel Dr. Sumon Nakchalerm, donated steel pipes, structural steel, and perforated angle bars to support the construction of homes for the underprivileged in Chanthaburi Province.
