Thai Koon Steel company received award of outstanding organization for excellence model of the antiknock helmet wearing campaign from Mr. Pinit Harnpanich, Governor of Samutprakarn Province, on May 30, 2016. As Thailand by the Cabinet and Ministry of Transportation and Communications agreed to announce 2011-2020 as the Decade of Action Road Safety. The goal is to create a sustainable road safety in Thai society. The project “Safe Driver and Passenger by 100% Crash Helmet Use” is one of the projects that promotes social benefit by campaigning on road safety amongst motorcyclist through various activities initiated by Road Accident Victims Protection Company and partners such as Police Stations.

The “THAI KOON x PiN For Thai Elephants: Elephant Hope Lamp” project continues to bring hope to Thai elephants through contributions to two organizations:
Thaikoon Group participated together with Colonel Dr. Sumon Nakchalerm, donated steel pipes, structural steel, and perforated angle bars to support the construction of homes for the underprivileged in Chanthaburi Province.
