The group plans to collaborate with partners and stakeholders across the supply chain to promote sustainable business practices. In 2025, we will introduce a Supplier Code of Conduct to establish fair and sustainable business practices with suppliers. The sales team and related departments will work together to enhance suppliers' knowledge, capabilities, and markets, fostering mutual growth.

Scope:
  • All companies in the group, including all suppliers and stakeholders in the supply chain.
Goals:
  • Conduct business fairly.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in the supply chain to achieve sustainability.
Process:
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders to identify and assess risks in the supply chain.
  • Prioritize suppliers, focusing on critical Tier 1 suppliers.
  • Conduct multi-dimensional supplier risk assessments.
  • Add social and environmental considerations to procurement policies.
  • Draft and implement the Supplier Code of Conduct.
  • Conduct on-site ESG audits with suppliers.
  • Collaborate with suppliers on sustainable practices through training, policies, projects, and joint activities.
Outcome in 2024:
  • Prepare frameworks for supplier evaluation and risk identification.
  • Draft additional procurement policies.
  • Plan and draft the Supplier Code of Conduct.

On Thursday, September 18, 2025, the executives and staff of THAI KOON GROUP made history as the first in the Thai steel industry to be honored by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
